Hey folks! The blog has been light recently and it’s mainly because life and business, is… well… BUSY!
I have seen an epic uptick in interest in travel to the West Coast and cruising this year. This is awesome for me as it has pushed me to spend more time working on planning tools for those clients. Also, it has added more layers on my to-do list, as different destinations yield different timelines and needs. I’m constantly working to refine materials and prep guests on all their needs. We have also seen significant changes to some operational policies and incredible announcements on openings, closures, and just general news about destinations that is keeping me very busy with training myself and educating/informing clients.

On a personal travel note, we had a wonderful February break in Orlando enjoying a relaxed pace at the Polynesian, taking in the Festival of the Arts music and taking a tour in EPCOT. People often say “Are you going to Disney again!?” and the answer is “YES!” There is plenty to do and learn at any of the Disney Destinations/Adventures by Disney experiences. Education, culture, travel skills, food experiences, the list goes on and on. We try our best to mix some routine, relaxation, thrill, education and new experiences with each and every visit. That is the goal of each and every one of our family getaways.

This Spring Break was EPIC in all the things! The end of March/first of April, we flew to the West Coast. We checked off Universal Hollywood and celebrated the 1st Anniversary of Super Mario World.

We took a drive down to San Diego and boarded the Disney Wonder for a 4 night cruise over the Easter holiday weekend and then wrapped the adventure in Disneyland. We lived large in Disneyland, staying Club Level, Premium View at the Disneyland Hotel.

This summer the kids are in a variety of camps while I work on balancing the work/mom life: Summer Edition. We have already visited Dollywood with family, spent time at the movies catching Inside 2 (excellent movie btw), and have many other adventures planned. We of course will be getting another trip into Florida, just before back to school. Other adventures are planned for later in the year as well and who knows what else will “pop up.” Be sure to watch my social media channels for updates!
