There are many changes which have shifted routine hotel and dining experiences to virtual experiences. Check-ins for table service and resort stays as well as quick service ordering has been shifted to the My Disney Experience app. Contactless payment systems are also highly encouraged. The goal is to limit interactions between Cast Members and guests and create a safe environment leveraging social distancing. Resorts still have Cast Members available for Bell and Guest Services and Guest Service teams are still available around the parks for your convenience.
Mask requirements and social distancing are strictly enforced throughout the parks, resorts and Disney Springs. Temperature checks are also being performed at Parks as well as anytime a guest dines at a table service location.
Disney has recently updated its facial covering policy to include more specific requirements. Additionally, Disney is requiring guests to remain stationary when eating. No longer may guests walk around eating or drinking with facial coverings down. This is being enforced throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.
