Disney’s Yacht Club resort is a convention resort, so it is fairly large and has a lot of amenities you would fine at a Disney Deluxe category hotel.

Some highlights include: Stormalong Bay, the amazing pool the Yacht Club shares with Disney’s Beach Club resort, as well as tennis courts, fitness center, higher end gift shops (with brands like Tommy Bahama and Lily Pulitizer) and restaurants. Stormalong Bay offers a zero entry sand bottom area, lazy river, a long and incredibly fun pirate ship slide, a a smaller kiddie pool and slide area, a bar and cabanas for rent. Ale and Compass and Yachtsman’s Steakhouse are found inside this resort. Both are highly rated in my opinion and guests would not be disappointed in their experience. Disney’s Beach and Yacht Club resorts share a beach front which faces over Crescent Lake and over at Boardwalk Inn and Villas as well as EPCOT World Showcase.It is entirely possible to see EPCOT’s nighttime spectacular, Harmonious, from the beach from and from some of the room balconies (depending on room category you are booked).
